At Les Néréides, we want you to be completely enchanted by your hand-enameled jewelry. If your selection is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original Les Néréides pouch and box, ensuring it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our quality control center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans have inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
